My origin story

The woman who says "Jadę"

At fifteen, I discovered Bulgakov's The Master and Margarita. In one scene, Margarita sits alone on a park bench when one of Satan's associates approaches with an offer: become queen at his ball.

"Jadę," she says. I'm going.

That single word became the axis my life turns on. I tattooed the book cover on my arm: the black cat with his cigarette, Margarita with her audacity.

A permanent reminder that the only response to the impossible is movement.

When people said I wasn't ready to lead marketing at a PE-backed company, jadę.

When I moved to Denmark sight unseen, jadę.

When I read Lovecraft and booked Antarctica, jadę.

Words are never just words

I grew up speaking Polish, learned Hebrew in primary school, passed exams in French, studied Spanish translation, picked up Portuguese and some Korean. Each language taught me to see differently—not just vocabulary, but frameworks for thinking.

Communication is responsibility. Every word shapes what people notice, how they think, what they believe is possible.

Most business communication fails because people convert jargon into English. Same empty language, rearranged. They've forgotten that clarity is respect and complexity is often fear in disguise.

I solve problems by connecting what others keep separate.

Polish grit means I don't quit when things get hard. Four languages remind me the same idea needs different framing for different audiences. Literature shows me every story has subtext—including the ones companies tell themselves about why they're succeeding or failing.

This is how I translate between worlds: the way a board thinks versus how a sales team acts, what customers say versus what they mean, where strategy breaks down between executive vision and frontline execution.

Go positive and go first

Move before doubt turns into paralysis. Assume the best in people. Take the first step while others map the route.

It's how I told the exec team we needed to kill our go-to-market approach and rebuild from scratch. How I found my people in Antarctica. How I build teams across continents.

When it matters, I move.
I say jadę.

A linguist who discovered she passionately loves marketing. A storyteller who leads transformations. A woman with Bulgakov on her skin who knows the only answer to impossible is: I'm going.
